Does Roost charge the same price for all types of listings?

Yes- we charge a percentage of the net amount that you receive from Airbnb for each booking. Remember, we will only charge you if and when you secure a booking. However if you are a corporate or guest house client, a pre-agreed marketing plan will be sought.
